What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Services Coordinator at Husqvarna Construction in Lenexa, KS, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and sales reps with warranty questions. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth communication and efficient processing of warranty claims while providing top-notch administrative support.
Warranty Support (55%)
Answer and document warranty-related calls in CRM
Process incoming warranty claims using Web Warranty
Communicate warranty credits to HCP Dealers
Administrative Support (45%)
Assist with parts lookup and identification
Enter RGA/Sales Orders into AS400
Support HCP Dealers with return shipping of failed components/equipment
Participate in team meetings and help track RGA activity
What You Bring to the Team:

✔ Detail-Oriented & Efficient – You accurately enter and check detailed data while meeting deadlines
✔ Tech-Savvy – You have experience with Excel, Word, AS400, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
✔ Problem-Solving Attitude – You take initiative and enjoy troubleshooting issues
Qualifications:
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔ Prior experience in warranty processing
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
