What You'll Do :
As a Technical Services Coordinator at Husqvarna Construction in Lenexa, KS , you'll be the first point of contact for customers and sales reps with warranty questions. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth communication and efficient processing of warranty claims while providing top-notch administrative support.
Warranty Support (55%)
- Answer and document warranty-related calls in CRM
- Process incoming warranty claims using Web Warranty
- Communicate warranty credits to HCP Dealers
