Logistics Team Lead

As Logistics Team Lead for Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS, you oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, inventory management, and workplace safety. This hands-on role will lead a team in unloading shipments, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assign daily tasks to the receiving team
• Train and support new team members on safety and quality standards
• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock organization
• Operate stand-up/sit-down forklifts safely and effectively
• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3 years of warehouse experience
• Forklift certification (stand-up/sit-down) required
• ERP system and inventory scanning experience preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
