Role:
This hybrid role blends product ownership with scrum leadership, making it ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build technical and leadership skills in a fast-paced product environment. You will collaborate with the CEO, Engineering Manager, designers, engineers, QA and other stakeholders to help plan and execute Hussle’s roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of features across mobile and web platforms
- Collaborate across departments to plan and implement product functionality within Hussle’s 8 core feature modules
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs
- Write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Lead daily interactions with engineers and QA with stand up, updates, messaging, reports, meetings and other tools.
- Track sprint progress and raise risks or blockers to appropriate stakeholders
- Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure quality and timely releases
- Collect feedback from internal stakeholders to inform feature improvement
- Assist in coordinating QA processes before deployment
- Work with team and other stakeholders for approval and sign off
Professional Experience / Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience is helpful.
- Proven success and experience in a fast pace agile environment.
- Experience managing and leading a scrum team with a track record achieving and exceeding delivery targets.
- The successful candidate will be charismatic, collaborative, and have strong organizational skills to work and manage multiple priorities.
- This role requires tenacity, aggressiveness and persistence (aka scrappy).
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and executive engagement skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Curious by nature with a sense of urgency
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
