Description
The Husson University School of Pharmacy is seeking an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences starting spring 2023 and depending on the needs of the program. The primary responsibilities of this position is the teaching of neurology- and behavioral-related topics in pathophysiology and pharmacology sequence courses.
Depending upon the interest and expertise of the candidate additional assignments may be available (e.g. recitation).
Examples of Duties
The selected individual will deliver content for PharmD students. Faculty are expected to cover the performance indicators (learning objectives) that have been determined for each course and to include active learning activities. The ability to provide in-person instruction is preferred; although online delivery will be considered.
Typical Qualifications
PhD (terminal degree) in Neuroscience, Behavioral Science, Neuropharmacology, or a related field required.
