Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, promotions, or surveys.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Process orders, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is an advantage.
