We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of events. This role will require you to coordinate various event activities, ensure smooth operations, and assist in managing logistics to create memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including meetings, conferences, and corporate gatherings
Manage event logistics, including booking venues, arranging transportation, and coordinating schedules
Communicate with vendors, clients, and event participants to ensure all needs are met
Set up and break down event spaces as needed
Monitor event progress to ensure timelines are met and issues are resolved quickly
Assist with the preparation of event materials, including invitations, programs, and promotional materials
Provide administrative support during events, including guest registration and maintaining event documentation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during events
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role is preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
