Responsibilities
Event Planning Support : Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
Vendor Coordination : Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met on time and within budget.
Logistics Management : Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodations, and equipment setup for events.
Promotional Activities : Support in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance.
On-site Support : Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
Post-event Analysis : Assist in collecting feedback and analyzing the success and areas for improvement of each event.
Requirement
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
Experience : Prior experience in events planning, coordination, or a related role is preferable.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
