Responsibilities
Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met on time and within budget.
Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodations, and equipment setup for events.
Promotional Activities: Support in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance.
On-site Support: Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
Post-event Analysis: Assist in collecting feedback and analyzing the success and areas for improvement of each event.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in events planning, coordination, or a related role is preferable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
