Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and mailing documents
- Manage and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as necessary
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Greet visitors and manage appointments, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents and reports
- Data entry: inputting and updating information in databases and systems
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role is preferred
