Position Overview

Communiboost We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a critical role in creating a positive impression on our clients and visitors. This position requires a highly professional demeanor, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant are a plus
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
