Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer information and interactions in our computerized system.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or resolve outstanding issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude while addressing customer concerns and providing solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer support role is mandatory.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and familiarity with various software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
