As an Accounting & Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across accounting, financial operations, and tax functions. You’ll work closely with our finance professionals on critical projects that contribute directly to our team's and company's goals. This internship is designed to provide practical application of your academic knowledge while developing your professional skills. About The Role

Some of the responsibilities you can expect are the following:
Accounting Support
- Complete month-end journal entries and reconciliations within deadlines.
- Assist with the 10-Q quarterly filing process, including disclosure checklists and assigned tasks.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects like data migration and record clean-ups.
- Process invoices, assist with bi-weekly accounts payable runs, and handle cash applications.
- Perform bank reconciliations and other operational support tasks as needed
- Provide Billing and Accounts Receivable support for Bill Runs, order processing and customer reconciliations
- Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports.
- Reconcile tax accounts and assist the tax manager with tax studies and ad-hoc requests.
- Practical experience in finance functions, including accounting, operations, and tax.
- Exposure to professional environments, meeting deadlines, and delivering on key tasks.
- Insights into financial reporting, operations workflows, and tax compliance.
- Enhanced skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
- Currently a junior year undergraduate pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
