Renowned, luxury special events firm specializing in high-end weddings, opulent galas, and other distinguished social gatherings is seeking an experienced business leader for a VP position within this rapidly growing company.
The VP will report directly to ownership and will be responsible for strategic planning, daily operations leadership, team development, fiscal performance and ensuring that service excellence is delivered on a consistent basis.
The ideal candidate for this role has senior leadership experience (and previous P&L responsibility) within a boutique events firm or luxury hotel/resort setting.
You should be someone who is data-driven, has strong communication skills and can recruit / develop talent in a positive, collaborative manner.
