The position of Director of Finance - BSS directs the organization's financial forecasting and accounting practices as well as it's reporting to shareholders and the financial community by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.

- Prepare and analyze consolidated monthly financial statements
- Appraises the organization's financial position and issues periodic financial and operating reports.
- Directs the Plant Controllers in providing the systems necessary to maintain proper accounting controls.
- Establish and administer all financial internal controls.
- Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies.
- Works with senior management and directs preparation of annual budgets.
- Maintains a working relationship with outside auditors.
- Applies knowledge of current developments in accounting theory and practices.
- Directs standard cost development activities.
- Approves standard costs and cost model changes to bill of materials.
- Develops long-term financial strategies with CEO and VP of Sales.
- Participates and demonstrates ability to perform tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- Travel may be frequently required to other facilities.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and minimum five years related experience and/or training, preferably automotive manufacturing background experience.
