ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and administer company/plant human resource policies, procedures, programs, and work rules to help ensure positive employee relations.
- Work directly with department directors and managers to address and process employee relations.
- Enforce company compliance with FMLA, ADA, HIPPA, etc.
- In partnership with leadership, develops training and development plans with career pathways.
- Assists with coordinating training as needed for employees.
- Develops partnerships with educational program's and technical societies and associations in the community that support our talent pool, training, and development efforts.
- Coordinates corporate HR campaigns in the areas of performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Assists in the coordination of plant activities (picnics, celebration dinners, employee awards, etc.) to ensure good human relations.
- Prepares employee change notices, new hire requisitions, offer letters, and all other related payroll documentation.
- Creates, updates, and distributes KPI data
- Maintains good relations with employees and fosters a positive and effective work environment.
- Supports, carries out and implements positive practice of Hutchinson's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures and requirements.
- Performs other duties as requested.
