The HR Business Partner (HRBP) formulates partnerships across the business to deliver value-added service to associates and management that reflects the goals of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about their business units, their plans, and objectives. This is a hybrid work environment position with 2-3 days on site at the branch location.
What you'll do :
- Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units
- Consult with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Manage and resolves employee relations issues
- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees ensuring regulatory compliance
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity, and retention
- Assist with business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success; ensure training objectives are met in assigned business units
- Perform other related duties as assigned
