Job Title : Sales Financial Analyst
Location : Auburn Hills

Reports to : VP Sales
FLSA Status : Exempt
SUMMARY : Reporting to the VP of Sales this position compiles and maintains records of business transactions andoffice activities by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Invoicing and reconciliation of all OEM tooling and samples
- Monthly reporting responsibilities including price accruals, tool amortization values, ship history, raw material, and open monies
- Customer contract processing; track discrepancies
- Provide support for HAM finance team
- Job Management Administrator for all tooling, sample, launch, industrialization, capital and miscellaneous orders
- Monthly Sales Forecast (volume updates and monthly part price changes)
- Tooling Invoice Report / Schedule
- Program Financial updates
- Parts listing updates
- Budget, Sales Coordination, & Strategic Plan forecasts
- Receive in invoices for BSS (Auburn Hills)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business; 8-10 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Automotive accounting experience preferred. QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Advanced ability in using & creating Microsoft Excel spreadsheet applications is required. Must be familiar with internet research, Microsoft Office software, and the use of e-mail.
REASONING ABILITY :
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
