Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced diagnostics and repairs on small agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products.
- Participation in Service EDUCATE Training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
- Maintenance of current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
- Maintenance of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
- Adherence to clean and organized work area standards.
- Accurate completion of reports and forms required for work assignments.
- Time card and material accountability.
- Support for management in pursuing corporate policies, plans, goals, and objectives.
