As an Equipment Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, from pickup to delivery. This involves not only transporting equipment but also offering expert guidance and support to ensure its safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct customers on the use of delivered equipment, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking distances traveled and obtaining necessary signatures.
• Ensure vehicles are in good working condition, recommending repairs as needed.
• Obtain required permits for job duties.
• Contact customers to schedule delivery dates, locations, and times.
• Collect and record customer information.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in delivery roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with trailer operations and navigating regional areas efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• DOT Medical Card is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to read maps and navigate regions effectively.
• Multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
