Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics and repairs on small agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products.
- Participation in Service EDUCATE Training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Maintenance of current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
- Maintenance of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
- Ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Accurate completion of reports and forms required for work assignments.
- Accountability for time and materials used.
- Collaboration with management to achieve corporate objectives.
