Job Description
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have experience performing complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues with John Deere equipment and technology
- Train and mentor new technicians
- Participate in customer clinics and training sessions
- Document all work performed on work orders
- Meet performance metrics and deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred
