Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Coordinate subcontractors and all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, providing consistent and accurate updates on project scope and timeline.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of experience working as a project manager or superintendent.
- Proven track record of successful projects and people supervision.
- Knowledge of OSHA and Hutton safety protocols.
- Able to interpret and understand Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), and Electrical One Line Diagrams.
- Effective communicator with all stakeholders, subcontractors, and personnel on the jobsite.
