Lead Project Manager

Project Management responsibilities include : < / p>

• Management of small (<5 countries and / or limited services) and medium sized (515 countries and / or full service) projects under general supervision with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards on time and on budget< / li>
• Performing the project comanagers role in complex international projects / programs with secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards on time and on budget< / li>
• Adherence to and promotion of principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers< / li>
• Project team leadership< / li>< / ul>

  Corporate / Departmental Assignments include : < / p>

  • Training mentoring and coaching of study team members.< / li>
  • Participation in feasibility research< / li>
  • Assistance in business development tasks such as development of proposals client presentations bid defense meetings and the like< / li>
  • Implementation of company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental procedures< / li>< / ul>
    

    Qualifications : < / b> < / p>

    • At least 5year industry experience in clinical research< / li>
    • At least 2 years of global (projectlevel) clinical project management experience including management of all project phases from startup to closure< / li>
    • Experience in Oncology studies is preferred < / li>< / ul>< / p>
