What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow Architect (ITOM & ITAM) position at Huxley?
Responsibilities
* Implement, configure, enhance, maintain, and integrate systems, as well as develop custom applications on the Servicenow platform.
* Require a solid understanding of Servicenow's core functions and system architecture.
* Possess in-depth technical expertise in Servicenow, including its data model, integration technologies, common integration design patterns, system capabilities, available APIs, and other technical tools such as workflows, queues, event-based systems, and user interfaces.
* Identify and advocate for best practice methods for communicating with business users, including functional analysis, data flow, and data analysis.
* Stay informed on changes within the specialized application domain, including updates to existing tools and the introduction of new functionality.
* Understand the business objectives relevant to the team and stakeholders' teams, and how the applications or tools support or hinder end users' ability to achieve these objectives.
* Understand functional requirements and work to improve the end user experience for the supported application.
Requirements:
* 4 years of hands-on Servicenow Development and architectural experience
* Expertise with CMDB & Asset Management (CIS-Discovery & Mapping, CIS - ITAM)
* Expertise with Integrations and Service Portal Development
* Proven Servicenow consulting portfolio
