HVAC Distributors, Inc. is looking for a full-time Account Manager to join their collaborative and inclusive team. As an Account Manager, you will develop an annual Territory Plan in conjunction with the Regional Manager. You will define sales strategies and action plans for identified target accounts and prospects within the territory, including establishing new residential dealers and light commercial contractor accounts, growing sales volume with current accounts, and maximizing share of customers’ equipment spend.
In the Account Manager role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:
- Establish new residential dealers and light commercial contractor accounts, grow sales volume with current accounts, and maximize share of customers’ equipment spend
- Ensure personal face-to-face contact and continuous improvement of rapport and productive relationships with decision-makers in all classes of customers and prospects in the assigned territory
- Manage the process to convert dealers to company equipment brands and ensure achievement of all related internal and external deliverables, including assignment of pricing, dealer levels, services, and training
The ideal candidate for this Account Manager position will have 5 years of Business Development and Account Management experience. 3 years of sales experience selling to contractors would also be beneficial.
