Business Manager

Leadership Role:

• Achieve outstanding branch performance and profitability.
• Sustain a strong relationship between expenses and sales, ensuring optimal margins.
• Develop annual branch budgets and submit them for approval.
• Analyze and address branch metrics variances to budget.

Customer Service & Sales:

• Nurture relationships with customers to identify opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day counter and customer service functions, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure Branch Counter Sales Associates handle customer calls, walk-ins, and will-calls, while reviewing sales queues and entering orders into Eclipse.
• Foster collaboration with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage overall territory customer service, including quotes, delivery, order management, warranty issues, collateral, follow-up, problem resolution, and lead generation.

Logistics & Delivery:

• Maintain efficient branch operations by overseeing shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions.
• Coordinate transfers, equipment deliveries, and material movements between branches, CDCs, and customer locations.
• Delegate tasks where necessary, but remain responsible for effective coordination with internal teams and customers for daily, local, and same-day deliveries.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience in HVAC or a related industry.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Valid Class C Driver's License with a good driving record.
