Description
Do you have IT Support experience, and are you seeking a challenging opportunity with a variety of responsibilities? HVAC Distributors, Inc. is recruiting for a Part Time IT Support Associate to join our friendly and welcoming team to work 20-25 hours per week between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
As an IT Support Associate, you will be the point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests. This includes hardware, software, peripherals, telephones, and other equipment, as well as network security and service support. Occasional travel between branches may be necessary for this role.
- Assisting all users with helpdesk requests and problems received through phone, email, support tickets, and other methods
- Installing and configuring new IT equipment
- Setting up and maintaining all Smart Phones, Desk Phones and related equipment to meet the company's communication needs
- Configuring RingCentral phone system, including User Setup, calling queues, extensions, etc.
