Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled BMS Operative to support a high-profile site in Seattle, WA. You will monitor building performance, assist with technical issues, and contribute to energy efficiency goals at a world-class facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor & Analyze Systems: Oversee building performance via Siemens BMS software and identify optimization opportunities.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, with remote remedial actions where possible.
- Energy Efficiency: Identify and drive energy-saving initiatives in line with net-zero goals.
- Reporting: Track building performance and provide insightful reports to guide improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and client teams to address technical issues and optimize building strategies.
- Documentation & Alerts: Maintain up-to-date building operation documents and manage system alerts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of experience with BMS systems (Siemens preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Facilities Management experience (preferred but not required).
- Interest in sustainability and energy management.
