A Civil Construction firm is seeking a Project Manager.
Duties:
- Oversee 2-5 projects at a time
- Prepare contracts, subcontracts, change orders and any related documents.
- Handle set up, project maintenance, and close out of projects.
- Set up pay reqs and prepare monthly pay estimates, reconciliations if money is off.
- Process change orders and track submittals.
- Obtain and add all drawings, warranties, and paperwork for project to the system.
- Help with material procurement, close out, scheduling, and job related communication.
- Assist Estimators with bid documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years in Civil Construction as a Project Manager
- Experience with Roads, Bridges, and Highways and Primavera P6 are preferred
