A Civil Construction firm is seeking a Superintendent to travel to projects 75-85% of the time in various states.
Duties:
- Oversee 3 projects at a time
- Travel 75-85% to various states
- Document review and interpretation of drawings, quality control, and onsite liasion.
- Project scheduling and reporting into corporate office. This includes communicating.
- Scheduling subs, overseeing crews, equipment, and safety.
- Communicate with client and with inspectors.
Qualifications:
- 3 years as a Superintendent
- At least a year of civil construction, bridges and road rehab would be a major plus
- Able to travel 75%
