HW Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our team in Tinton Falls, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in operating and maintaining complex machinery, ideally within a printing or related manufacturing environment.
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), Monday - Friday
Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about producing high-quality products. As an CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in our production process, operating and maintaining large format printing equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain large format printing presses (experience with Vutek and/or Durst a plus).
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Meet production targets and adhere to established schedules.
- Handle various materials and understand their properties (experience with rigid and roll substrates preferred).
- Maintain quality control and ensure all products meet required standards.
- Prepare jobs for printing, which may include using specialized software.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience with finishing equipment and techniques is a plus.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience operating and maintaining complex machinery (printing press experience preferred).
