What You'll Do:
- Empower Providers: Be the go-to resource for healthcare providers, expertly handling their inquiries about benefits, eligibility, plan coverage, enrollment, claims, billing, and payments for our USFHP and Medicare programs.
- Become a Problem Solver: Efficiently respond to incoming requests, partnering with providers to find solutions and determine next steps, all while meeting established service level agreements.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the PI Research team and other internal departments to resolve complex provider issues, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Proactively learn about program updates and changes using internal resources and training opportunities.
- Document with Care: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all provider interactions, including resolutions and next steps, using provided templates.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Use your outstanding interpersonal skills to create strong, trusting relationships with providers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in medical billing is a plus!
- Excellent computer skills, including proficient typing and accurate data entry.
- Ability to effectively communicate while navigating computer systems.
- Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
