Summary of Responsibilities
- Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy.
- Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions.
- Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
- Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture.
- Ability to learn product suite quickly.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
Required Experience:
- 1 Years of experience and success in sales, and building rapport.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients.
- Ability to close deals and up-sale policy.
- Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines.
- Strong phone presence.
