Job Summary
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to support one of our key clients in the e-bike industry. This role requires a strong understanding of bikes, especially e-bikes, to effectively assist customers.
As an E-Bike Customer Service Representative, you will provide knowledgeable and responsive support to our client’s customers. You will help show the customer our products, troubleshoot issues, guide customers in product usage, and ensure a positive experience with our client’s e-bike products.
Duties
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Promote sales and special offers to customers
Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Sales experience is beneficial
- Background in E-bike is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Pay: $16.27 - $18.00 per hour
