Hy-Line North America is looking to hire a Breeder Manager. This role is based out of our Mansfield, GA location. Details about this position include:

The primary function of the Breeder Manager is to oversee Hy-Line NA parent breeder flocks. You will work closely with contract grower and layer cooperators to ensure all biosecurity measures, husbandry, and welfare practices are performed to Hy-Line standards. In this critical role, you will work with diverse and multi-national Hy-Line team members focused on Hy-Line’s vision and values.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in related agricultural field (poultry) or comparable life experience is preferred. We are seeing candidates with strong organizational and communication skills. Candidates must have a valid Driver’s License and must be able to multitask and prioritize efficiently. Candidates must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and must be able to operate electronic equipment/software as necessary. Candidates must not own or have any regular contact with any poultry or waterfowl. U.S. work authorized candidates only. No Visa sponsorship and no recruitment agencies. Compensation based on skills and expereinces.
