What You’ll Do
Prep Like a Pro:
- Chop, dice, mince, and mix—bring precision to every task.
- Prepare sauces, weigh and measure ingredients with accuracy.
- Maintain ingredient freshness and mise en place at all times.
Own the Cook Line:
- Grill, sauté, fry, bake, steam—know your way around all cooking methods.
- Cook proteins and vegetables to temp and spec every time.
- Garnish and plate with finesse, making each dish camera-ready.
- Execute recipes with consistency, and uphold our quality standards.
Keep It Tight:
- Keep your station clean, organized, and dialed-in throughout service.
- Follow all food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols.
- Minimize waste and manage your inventory smartly.
Be a Team Player:
- Communicate clearly and often—with your fellow cooks and the chef.
- Bring energy and collaboration to every shift.
- Offer up ideas, problem-solve in the moment, and be ready to adapt.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knife skills and solid kitchen fundamentals.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation best practices.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and focused under pressure.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet during long shifts.
- Hungry to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-driven kitchen.
