- Strong communication and teamwork skills required
- 1–2 years of prior experience in basic cooking or food preparation preferred
- Able to work a station with supervision and assist in multiple stations as needed
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight, up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
