Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets and Banquets to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Assist in developing and updating menus, pricing, and beverage lists to reflect current trends and seasonal offerings.
- Collaborate with the management team to establish both short- and long-term financial objectives for the F&B department.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls, ensuring operational excellence within the department.
- Maintain current programs and develop new initiatives to continually enhance the quality of food and beverage service.
- Maximize sales potential by actively marketing the F&B outlets to both internal and external guests.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of P&L and ensure that financial goals are met.
- Lead and develop the Assistant Managers in the F&B division
- Actively participate in the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of both new and existing staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Hygiene, Health, and Safety regulations.
- Motivate and lead staff with effective communication, pre-shift meetings, and regular updates on upcoming activities impacting operations.
- Oversee scheduling, time-off requests, payroll, and staff performance, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Recognize exceptional performance and provide timely coaching as needed.
- Ensure that the reservation process is implemented and maintained to optimize restaurant operations and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong desire to anticipate and meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge, including working knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage, including wine, spirits, and beer.
- Previous hotel and restaurant experience is required.
- 2 years of experience as an F&B or Banquet Assistant Manager (preferred).
- Supervisory experience in F&B or Banquets is a must.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
