Summary
The Hyatt Sales Force Coordinator supports several HSF Directors from the Regional/Vertical team. Primary tasks include sourcing business opportunities for various accounts and across a variety of platforms. Accounts will include corporate, association and primary market opportunities. Coordinator responsibilities also include but are not limited to: updating group sales bookings as needed, ensuring accurate contacts and assigned org numbers, hotel and customer correspondence, individual account involvement could include commission follow up, tracking, joining conference calls, updating rosters, event coordination as needed (RSVPs), expense report processing, creating customer presentations in PowerPoint, support with reporting in sales reporting platform, attending virtual sales calls or presentations and assisting with platform technology (Zoom, Ring Central, Teams), assistance with loyalty membership and points. This individual should be comfortable working in many online systems, as well as proficient in Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
This individual will have customer interaction and should be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers. The coordinator position requires the ability to perform multiple tasks under time constraints, prioritize, and be nimble. This position will also require creativity and outside the box thinking. They may collaborate with colleagues on marketing pieces, identifying opportunities for process improvement and be willing to take on new tasks on a consistent basis.
Position Responsibilities

Qualifications
Experience
- 2 years’ experience within hotel sales operations either on property or above property level.
- Strong segmentation knowledge of Group market
Education
High School Degree
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
- Solid written and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in social media, Excel, Word. Power Point and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do positive attitude
