The Opportunity

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Vice President of Design Services and Construction to join Hyatt’s newest brand, Hyatt Studios. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Design Services, Construction, and Hyatt Studios team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role

This role will create and implement a design process for tracking hotel projects from initial concept designs through construction and openings for the Hyatt Studios brand. In addition to creating a design process, this role will also be responsible for building the Design Services team for the Hyatt Studios brand.

In partnership with Hyatt’s development team, this role provides support to developers to experience a seamless design and construction process from a brand standpoint, and addresses developer questions and requests for information in the timeliest way possible.

This role will advocate for Hyatt Studios providing leadership to advise and direct Owners and their consultants on solutions to support the implementation of Hyatt technical standards and brand objectives through a focus on superior design strategies and economically viable solutions.

Experience Required:

• 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Design, Construction, Architecture, and Project Management

Experience Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Architecture a plus

• Experience with Adobe Suite

• Basic understanding of drafting software i.e., AutoCAD

• Basic understanding of project software

• Ability to travel up to 25%
