Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
License: Current State of Washington Nursing Home Administrator License (must be maintained).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience as an Administrator of a skilled nursing facility.
- Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong budget management and financial oversight skills.
Job Overview
As the Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of professionals. Your leadership will create a positive, resident-centered environment, where families feel confident in the care provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the facility operates within regulatory compliance (state, federal, and local guidelines).
- Lead and manage clinical, financial, and operational aspects of the facility.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs to enhance resident care.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and retention to foster a culture of excellence.
- Monitor and manage the facility budget, working with the COO to maintain financial health.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
- Promote resident rights, dignity, and quality of life.
- Investigate and address resident/family concerns and grievances in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Oversee risk management, emergency preparedness, and compliance audits.
