Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of our highly active Human Resources office and providing support for the employment process.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Greeting visitors, colleagues, and applicants and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Fielding incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, and special projects.
  • Coordinating colleague relations events and maintaining office organization.
  • Performing administrative tasks and assisting with general benefit, payroll, and recruitment inquiries.
  • Supporting the employment process, including the welcoming of new hires and maintaining files.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Effective Human Resources administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
