Culinary Service Assistant - Wild Dunes Resort
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our culinary team as a Steward at Wild Dunes Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our banquet and restaurant equipment, as well as assisting with food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Places clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- Assist with food and/or tray preparation, as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous stewarding experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
