What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Agent position at Hyatt Place Lake Mary Orlando North?
Overview: The Front Desk Associate delivers service excellence to all our guests creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position is responsible for processing check-ins and check outs, issuing room keys, and resolving guest issues with complying with Hyatt Place standards, policies and procedures. Your pay package will include a combination of base pay, tips, performance bonus and sales commissions of up to $5%.
Performance Expectations:
Assist guests with check in and check out processes.
Coordinate all guest requests and go above and beyond if possible.
Inform guests of hotel services, features and room amenities.
Prepare and provide quality beverages and food products.(Limited Menu)
Follow the hotels rate structures, discounts and sell/upsell strategies.
Last minute group sales reservations.
Performs cashiering tasks i.e. posting charges, payments, adjustments, etc.
Cancel room reservations according to hotel policy.
Follow all safety procedures while working.

Available to work most weekends. Bonus paid for callout shifts covered.
