Hotel Front Desk Agent Job Duties :
Guest Check-In & Check-Out :
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
Verify guest identity, confirm reservation details, and provide necessary information about the hotel and its amenities.
Handle room assignments and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure that guests' special requests (e.g., early check-ins, late check-outs) are met, if possible.
Reservations Management :
Manage and update reservations in the hotel system.
Assist guests with room bookings, modifications, or cancellations.
Confirm reservation details and inform guests of any special offers or promotions.
Coordinate with the housekeeping and management team to ensure room availability.
Guest Services & Communication :
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, transportation options, and services.
Address guest complaints or concerns and escalate to management as needed.
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
2 Years Hotel Front Desk Experience
Knowledge of either Opera, OnQ, Fosse, Lightspeed or Marsha
Ability to travel extensively 8 weeks at a time
