- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone systems and responding to calls professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records of guest interactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and balanced.

Requirements
