Summary
At the lively and legendary Cutthroat’s Saloon, the Bartender creates memorable guest experiences by crafting quality drinks with a side of fun. This position is responsible for mixing and serving beverages, engaging guests with friendly and knowledgeable service, and maintaining a clean and inviting bar atmosphere. The ideal candidate brings energy, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Provide exceptional guest service, taking orders with enthusiasm and accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
Follow all state and local laws regarding responsible alcohol service.
Handle payment transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a smooth and efficient bar operation.
Assist with inventory and restocking as needed.
Uphold Hyatt brand standards and comply with all safety and sanitation policies.
Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Prior bartending experience required, preferably in a high-volume or hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, and wine.
Excellent communication, time management, and guest service skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
