Summary
At Osteria Sierra, we create welcoming and memorable dining experiences for our guests. As an AM Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their dining experience with a warm and professional welcome. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Manage reservations and walk-in seating using the Osteria Sierra reservation system.
- Assist with waitlist management and communicate accurate wait times to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area.
- Support the service team by monitoring table availability and coordinating with servers and managers.
- Assist with menu distribution and provide general restaurant information to guests.
- Uphold Hyatt’s service standards to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience.
- Must be able to work AM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- revious restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and move between dining areas as needed.
- Must be available to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
