As a Seasonal Adventures Concierge, you will be a central part of our Recreation Team, helping guests prepare for their outdoor activities by ensuring they are informed, equipped, and ready for fun.
This role combines customer service, safety awareness, and logistical support. You’ll guide guests through activity sign-ups, confirm readiness for excursions, and assist in coordinating smooth transitions to shuttle departures or waterfront locations.

- Greet and assist guests interested in seasonal recreation offerings and adventure experiences
- Manage activity sign-ups and ensure timely communication with shuttle drivers and adventure staff
- Confirm guest readiness for activities, including appropriate attire and footwear
- Fit and adjust life jackets, ensuring proper safety standards are met for all participants
- Provide clear directions to designated shuttle areas and departure points
- Share knowledge of resort amenities, outdoor activity options, and local recommendations
- Collaborate with the beach team, shuttle drivers, and recreation leadership to support seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and guest service skills
- Attention to detail with a proactive and safety-conscious mindset
- Comfortable assisting guests with gear fittings and physical preparations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic outdoor setting
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- First Aid & CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Previous recreation, concierge, or customer-facing experience preferred
