Summary
The Stillwater Pool Manager oversees the daily operations of the Stillwater Pool and its adjacent food and beverage outlet, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service, safety, and facility management. This role is responsible for maintaining a lively, well-organized, and guest-centric pool environment while also managing the seamless operation of poolside dining services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a background in hospitality, recreation, or food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Stillwater Pool operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage the Stillwater Grill, coordinating food and beverage service with culinary and front-of-house teams.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of pool attendants and food & beverage staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including pool safety and food handling standards.
- Work closely with engineering teams to monitor pool maintenance, water quality, and overall facility upkeep.
- Develop and implement guest engagement activities and seasonal promotions.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply levels for both pool amenities and the grill.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally to maintain a high standard of service.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to promote poolside offerings and drive guest engagement.
- Track key performance metrics, including revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality, recreation, or food & beverage management.
- Understanding of pool operations, safety protocols, and food service management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
